Though almost invulnerable, beings of equal or greater strength, namely Bricklander, can physically harm and likely kill her. Additionally, while none of the testing the Russians put him through actually harmed her, the destructive tests were clearly uncomfortable at best and painful at worst. While she is able to survive her own radioactive bursts, having not shown any sign of a scratch after unleashing them each time, she has often appeared to be in pain on occasions when she used it, most notably when she was about to blast Bricklander. Also, HayBombYT suggested that a fully-fledged nuclear warhead could have the sufficient force to kill her. And thanks to the nuclear radiation flowing through her system, MLM3 is now capable of gaining the upper hand against Bricklander in terms of raw power.
