SiIvaGunner's powers include strength, invulnerability, regeneration (although at a very slow pace), etc. Whereas Tina can do that but multiplied by a factor of 100. SiIvaGunner, being a near-invulnerable statue, is not immune to Tina's super speed super strength, and invulnerability. Therefore, the cyclops girl defeats the statue in solo mode. Not even close.
