SiIvaGunner's powers include strength, invulnerability, regeneration (although at a very slow pace), etc. Whereas Tina can do that but multiplied by a factor of 100. Tina also has super speedy flight... and the power to summon frogs as well. SiIvaGunner, being a near-invulnerable statue, is not immune to Tina's super speed and super strength. Therefore, the cyclops girl defeats the statue in solo mode. Not even close.
